- 2. On the Batiskaf.EU all prices for equipment are indicated including VAT 21%. The price does not include shipping costs.
- 3. Transactions on the Batiskaf.EU can be made only using EUR.
- 4. You can pay for the selected products and delivery by bank transfer, PayPal, as well as using the Internet-bank, MasterCard, Visa or Maestro Card. In the case of payment via the Internet bank or a MasterCard, Visa or Maestro Card customer data will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS for making the payment.
- 5. When placing an order, the client must enter email address, first name, last name, phone number and shipping address.
- 6. It is necessary to pay for the goods within 3 working days after receiving information that the order has been placed, order can be cancelled if the payment has not been received.
- 7. After placing an order, the client will receive an invoice by e-mail and SMS confirmation. After shipping an order, the client will receive a notification by e-mail and SMS.
- 8. If the client decides to return the ordered goods, the client has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days back to the seller. The client is responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during the term of the right to return. You must keep the original packaging of the goods and the original look. Payment will be made to the customer within 5 business days after the return of the goods. The client must deliver the goods to the warehouse: Latvia, Riga, Kalnciema iela 106A.
